At Tonking Eco Houseware, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns at a glance

  • 30-day returns on most items
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return

Changing your mind

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, in line with UK consumer law.

In addition, we offer a 30-day returns period for most products, provided they are returned unused and in their original condition.


Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Not as described

We will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund, including standard delivery costs

Return costs

  • If the item is faulty or incorrect → we cover the return cost
  • If you change your mind → you may need to pay for return postage

How to return an item

We are currently updating our returns process to make it simpler and more convenient.

In the meantime, please contact our customer support team and we will guide you through the return.


Marketplace orders

If you purchased through a marketplace such as:

  • Amazon
  • Etsy
  • or other platforms

your return and refund will be handled according to that platform’s policy.

Please refer to your order details on the marketplace for instructions.


Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalised or customised products
  • Items that are not in their original condition

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive your return
  • It may take 5–7 working days for the funds to appear in your account

Your statutory rights

Your legal rights are not affected. You are entitled to a refund or replacement if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
