30-day return/exchange policy
We offer 30-day returns on most items if unused and in original condition. You can cancel within 14 days under UK law. Faulty or incorrect items receive a full refund or replacement, including delivery costs. Return postage may apply for change-of-mind returns. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the item.

Return via our website: contact customer support with your order details and we’ll guide you through the process.
For marketplace orders (e.g. Amazon, Etsy), follow the return instructions provided on that platform.
Ensure items are unused, in original condition, and securely packaged before sending back.
Do I have to pay for returns?
If the item is faulty or incorrect, we cover the cost.
